On April 27, 2026, the "Jadard 2025 Sustainable Development Report" was released following the review and approval by the Board of Directors and the Sustainable Development Committee of Jadard Technology Inc.
Jadard Technology Inc. adheres to the philosophy of “displaying the beauty of nature, reaching where the chip touches, and striving for a better life.” On April 27, 2026, following the review and approval by the company’s Board of Directors and Sustainable Development Committee, the 'Jadard 2025 Sustainable Development Report' was released, disclosing the company’s performance in areas such as brand and innovation, corporate governance, green operations, diverse and inclusive talent development, and social impact.
This report has been prepared in compliance with the requirements of the “Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 14 – Sustainable Development Reporting (Trial)” issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, as well as the “GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards (GRI Standards)” issued by the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB). It has also been informed by relevant indicators from the “China Corporate Sustainability Reporting Guide (CASS-ESG 6.0)” by the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society and the Responsibility Cloud Research Institute, and the Semiconductors industry standards of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
