FAE Field Application Engineer（TDDI）

Job Responsibilities:
1. Driver IC Schematic Review: Confirm and review the schematics for driver ICs.
2. Module Performance Tuning: Debug and adjust the performance of modules.
3.Platform Application Debugging: Debug LCD.C applications on solution provider platforms.
4. Handle Display Anomalies: Address issues with abnormal displays in smartphones.
5. Driver IC Failure Analysis: Analyze and investigate driver ICs that are malfunctioning.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Information, Electronic Technology, Computer Science, Automation, or related engineering/science fields.
2. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital and analog circuits, and basic knowledge of microcontroller applications.
3. Programming Skills: Proficiency in C language; experience with debugging solution provider platforms (LCD.C) is preferred.
4. Touchscreen Technology: Understanding of touchscreen chip principles, experience with logic analyzers and oscilloscopes, and familiarity with TDDI IC operation principles.
5. Experience: Prior experience in supporting major clients is preferred; experience in the touch industry or similar enterprises is a plus.
6. Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities, independent, proactive, and able to travel within the city and surrounding areas.
7. Customer Service: Good communication skills and strong customer service awareness.
8. Work Ethic: Ability to work hard, adaptable to client visits and related tasks.
9. Personal Traits: Clear thinking, strong communication, collaborative, and a friendly personality.
