◉ Increase R&D investment to promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading. In 2024, the Company had 57 R&D employees, accounting for 21.76% of allemployees. The R&D investment reached RMB176 million, representing 8.36% of main business revenue.
◉ Improve the performance evaluation and incentive mechanism, encourage R&D innovation, and establish patent bonuses. By the end of 2024, the Company has
accumulated 235 valid patents, including 68 invention patents,4 utility model patents, 105 integrated circuit layout designs, and 58 software copyrights.

◉ Guided by customer needs, offer innovative and precise services, enhance customer satisfaction and achieve long-term stable development for both the Company and
its customers. In 2024, the main customer satisfaction scores reached 95.40 (PMIC) and 93.22 (DDIC), respectively.
◉ Join four industry associations and maintain good communication and exchange with peers, contributing to the healthy development of the entire industry.
