JADARD has always adhered to a people-oriented philosophy, and supports and respects the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations, the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work by the International Labor Organization, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and other applicable international principles and local regulations. The Company actively responds to international human rights initiatives such as the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), and is committed to protecting and promoting human rights together with stakeholders such as employees, customers, and partners. The Company actively fosters harmonious labor relations, prohibits child labor in accordance with the law, opposes forced labor, respects employees' rights to choose their occupations and to leave freely, ensures equal pay for equal work and the legitimate rights and interests of female employees, and ensures that all employees are free from discrimination based on religion, gender, age, disability, or other factors. The Company strictly prohibits any discriminatory, violent, or illegal acts and requires the entire supply chain to comply. Diversity and Inclusion
JADARD attaches great importance to building a diverse workforce. As of the end of 2025, JADARD employed 261 full-time employees, with no temporary workers. Women accounted for 28.74% of the workforce, and ethnic minorities in the Chinese Mainland represented 5% of the regional headcount. JADARD actively recruits localized talent; its talent base spans both the Chinese Mainland and Taiwan, with a senior management localization1,2rate of 100%. The Company also reasonably plans suitable positions and provides employment opportunities for two persons with disabilities.

In 2025, the Company hired 23 new employees, of whom women accounted for 47.8%, and employees under 30 accounted for 52.17%. A total of 28 employees departed during the year, yielding an overall turnover rate of 10.73%, ahead of the Company's target of keeping turnover below 16%.
