Diversity and Inclusiveness
JADARD places great emphasis on the diverse layout of talents. As of the end of 2024, the Company had a total of 262 employees, all of whom were full-time regular staff, with no temporary workers, and women accounted for 28.63%. Our talent layout covers Chinese Mainland and the Taiwan region. We actively recruit local talent, with a 100% localization rate for senior management positions12. In addition, we have reasonably planned suitable positions and provided employment opportunities for two people with disabilities.

Talent is the primary element for a company to achieve its strategic development goals. JADARD adheres to the peopleoriented philosophy and focuses on talent development. By adopting the four-step method of 'widening channels to accurately 'select’ talent; emphasizing cultivation to scientifically 'develop’ talent; knowing people well to reasonably 'employ’ talent; and providing incentives and security to 'retain’ talent', the Company has realized full-cycle support and protection for attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
In 2024, a total of 26 employees left the Company, with an overall turnover rate of 9.92%, achieving the target of keeping the employee turnover rate below 16% ahead of schedule.
