Jadard Releases Its First Sustainable Development Report

Jadard Technology INC. and its subsidiaries uphold the philosophy of "showing the beauty of nature through displays, reaching the essence of touch with chips, and striving for a better life." The company has incorporated sustainable development into its business philosophy and has compiled and released its first bilingual Sustainable Development Report.
On March 31, Jadard Technology INC. (hereinafter referred to as“JADARD”) released its first Sustainable Development Report (Chinese version), and subsequently published the English edition online on June 30. The issuance of this bilingual report marks a significant milestone for the company in aligning its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) information disclosure with international standards.
Jadard has strictly followed the“Self-regulation Guideline for Sustainable Development Reports of Listed Companies (Trial)”, issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the requirements of the“GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards”(GRI Standards) released by the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB). In addition, the company referenced the“China Corporate Sustainability Reporting Guidelines (CASS-ESG 6.0)”issued by the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society and Responsibility Cloud Research Institute, as well as relevant indicators from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) for the Semiconductors industry. A third-party verification organization, TÜV SÜD Certification and Testing (China) Co., Ltd., was commissioned to provide assurance for the information disclosed in the report.
