Financial Performance and Tax Management
With the recovery of the terminal consumer market, the Company continuously increases product technological innovation, accelerates product iteration speed, and expands its product matrix. Through a differentiation strategy, the Company continuously improves its market share. Also, focusing on refined management, JADARD has increased inventory turnover speed. We also maintain close cooperation with wafer fabs and packaging and testing factories in the supply chain to ensure capacity and delivery, leading to steady performance growth. In 2024, our operating revenue reached RMB2,101,972,700, an increase of 73.88% compared to the previous year.

Integrity Management
JADARD is well aware that integrity is an important safeguard for corporate sustainability. To this end, the Company strictly abides by professional ethics, strengthens integrity building, and promotes clean and fair development. Attaching great importance to the construction of an integrity governance system, JADARD has specially established a working leading group to improve relevant management systems, carry out integrity training and publicity, and incorporate integrity self-discipline and professional integrity education into routine management. Meanwhile, the Company has established a sound reporting and protection mechanism, encouraging employees to actively report illegal and disciplinary violations through multiple channels, and to ensure the authority and effectiveness of integrity management work.
Whistleblowing and Protection Mechanism
To guard against business ethics risks, the Company has established the JADARD Anti-Commercial Bribery System, which encourages employees and companies with business dealings to report and expose corrupt practices and protects the rights and interests of whistleblowers. According to the provisions of the system, the acceptance and investigation of reports must be strictly confidential. It is strictly forbidden to disclose the name, department, company name, or any other information of the whistleblower. The situation of the report must not be revealed to the person or department being reported. When verifying the situation, the original or copies of the whistleblower's materials must not be shown, and the identity of the whistleblower must not be exposed. For anonymous reports and materials, handwriting identification or other information must not be conducted. Whistleblower materials must not be casually lent out, and no form of retaliation against the whistleblower is allowed. Relevant parties may also report through the email and phone of the Anti-Commercial Bribery Supervision and Management Group. In 2024, we did not receive any reports related to violations of integrity in business operations, nor did we find any violations of regulations (including those related to environment, health and safety, labor, marketing and product labeling, unfair competition, and other related regulations).

Information security management system
To ensure a common understanding and implementation of its information security mission, the Company continuously improves its information security management system and plans to obtain ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification or an equivalent management system certification by 2025. To promote the implementation and development of information security work, JADARD has established the Information Security Committee, which is responsible for the overall security principles and target arrangements. Under the Committee, there are an Information Security Audit Group, an Information Security Execution Group, and an Emergency Response Group. These groups operate on a Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle to complete specific information security tasks and maintain the effective operation and continuous improvement of the information security management system. Meanwhile, the Company effectively fulfills its responsibilities of supervising, managing, and executing data security and customer privacy protection from the supervisory level, management level to the execution level, and regularly conducts internal reviews and audits based on systematic operations.

JADARD has established specific systems and measures for responding to data breaches and incident response in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System. These systems and measures include an emergency response system, business continuity management, and simulation drills. To ensure the continuous operation of information services and to reduce the impact of major failures or disasters on critical business processes, the Company has established business continuity management procedures, which involve conducting business impact analyses, developing business continuity plans, carrying out drills and recording the activities, and reviewing the results of the drills. These procedures enable the review, correction, and improvement of the information security management system, thereby enhancing the scientific, procedural, and standardized handling of information security incidents.
